About

Welcome to Software Debugged. My name is Mark Radford and I have worked in software development since early 1987 when I started programming in Fortran-77 on DEC VAX computers running the VMS operating system. Since 1997 I have been freelance, working through my contracting/consulting company Two Nine Computer Services Ltd.

I’ve started this blog as a place on the web where I can write about anything to do with software that happens to interest me. In fact, I don’t plan to be narrow minded, and I’ll be extending the remit to include anything related to software/computing that happens to interest me – so, for example, the I regard the internet as being a legitimate topic.
